Marie-Luise Passiel (Liese) is a Consultant at Seasons Consulting. Liese brings an international experience, cultivating a global perspective and adaptability. These complement her scientific rigour and support her ability to translate complex insights into practical client solutions. She is committed to applying her academic and professional expertise to support team and organisational success and is driven by a passion for leveraging psychological principles to empower people and enable positive change within organisations.

This deepened her expertise in designing strategies that foster effective collaboration, drive cultural transformation, and support sustainable organisational growth.

Arnoud is a neuropsychologist with a PhD in behavioral pharmacology, fascinated by growing the potential of people in their work environment, and he took on coaching for continuous improvement and lean-agile thinking. His credo is to help people create an environment where they can flourish and live up to their full potential. One of his principles is that, as human beings, a large part of what we do is determined by the context and contingencies at play.

You may accuse him of having a slightly behavioristic approach to behavior, he is aware of that. What he sees people do is an important starting point. After understanding the contingencies that drive the behavior, we can make changes to the contingencies, create a different situation, and as a result, different behaviors can develop. This enables us to drive the behavioral changes needed to further develop the organization.
