Helping leaders think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and grow into the leader they want to become.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership Potential Must Be Maximised

Seasons Coaching Approach

Our coaching approach is not about 'fixing' people, it's about uncovering the full spectrum of who we are and learning how to amplify the right qualities at the right moments.

By recognising both strengths and challenges, leaders can show up with greater intention, authenticity, and impact.

Our Coaching Philosophy

Our Season's coaching philosophy is grounded in these core beliefs:

People want to work/be led by leaders who are self-aware, conscious of their influence, and deliberate in their actions. Leaders must develop a deep understanding of themselves to lead with clarity and purpose.

Knowing Ourselves at Our Core is Transformative

02

Every situation presents new learnings, so leaders must reflect and adapt to evolve to lead more effectively.

Leadership is an Ongoing Journey of Growth and Learning

03

Leaders possess the wisdom needed to overcome challenges and inspire growth. By tapping into this wisdom in coaching, they develop critical thinking and solve complex situations with confidence and creativity.

Leaders are Wise and Resourceful

Emily has 15 years of coaching experience with a broad range of leaders on different personal growth ambitions, within varied sectors. After 16 years working within the pharmaceutical industry, she founded her own consultancy (2014) and has been partnering with leaders and teams ever since.

Her coaching approach blends compassion, challenge, empathy and pragmatism. She holds an MSc in Organisational Change and this strong behavioural science foundation is brought to life by working in partnership with her clients, to shape conversations with the most impact areas of leadership and life. Emily is consistent in the application of cognitive practice, tools and ongoing reflection to help clients to make shifts that seem particularly difficult.

Emily coaches through two key lenses; her first and foundational approach stems from Gestalt psychology. While having a future vision is important, the clues to personal growth lie in understanding what is most important and present for us all, here in the moment. In the patterns of our being, interaction, decision making etc.

Secondly, the power of relationships; that we all exist, are shaped, behave and respond in relation to others around us. And whilst we can do the deep inner work necessary within leadership, this has to be coupled with a strong outward look towards our key relationships and the people and environments that affect and are affected by us.

Emily aims to help her clients see what they may not yet see and widen the possibilities available to them, building a trusted and strong coaching relationship that supports them to reach their goals.

Karsten  brings a thoughtful and connective strength to organizational coaching. As an “involved outsider,” he specializes in supporting CEO’s, leaders, individuals and management teams truly ready to reflect on their actions and their role in shaping others’ behaviour. His innate drive is toward restoring harmony, openness, and trust - creating spaces where the real wishes behind questions emerge, and honest conversations flourish without fear of judgment.

Karsten typically ignites pragmatic change by asking: “What is the real desire behind your question? How do you act now? Does that truly energize you?”. Through his way of approaching clients (both diplomatic and direct), he fosters authentic listening and dialogue - ensuring that engagement is rooted in true consensus, not conflict avoidance, which ultimately leads to stronger results. Wherever people are ready to evolve - and are committed to courageous conversations that lead to clarity and transformation.

He partners with clients across the globe in many (non)profit sectors since 2003 after a 10 year management career in service, commerce and pharma.
